OK I am on pre op diet day #7 surgery scheduled for the12th. I had lost approx 14 but I have gained 4 back. I know why, I started on last wed and on sat my best friend had a 50th bday dinner. And yes I cheated:( I had a piece of chicken and green Beans. Then I have been under the weather and I ate some chicken noodle Soup. I am now back on the wagon with my liquids, Jello and broth only diet. I just wanted to vent!! Wish me luck with these next 6 days!

I cheated too on my pre op diet, you will be fine...just try harder you can do this!!!

Good luck! I seriously doubt that you gained 4 pounds from eating those few things. It could be Water retention from the salty Soup.< /p>

YES, I'm hoping to lose those few extra pounds, thanks for the encouragements!!
