Frza 194 Posted September 5, 2012 I used to eat this late time pre-op. I'm still on clears but I certainly plan on trying it as soon as I can have solids. aroundhky 1,174 Posted September 5, 2012 I do and like it. I usually use it on days I workout, gives me that complex carb that my muscles need and also helps with my overall Protein.
