crchappell 0 Posted September 5, 2012 So I had the band for over two years and had to convert to the sleeve but I haven't been able to lose more weight. My presurgery weight was 243 and I've been 155for a year. I don't know what to do to lose more weight. I do Protein Shakes in the morning, a string cheese/almonds for snack, 1/4c of food for lunch and again for dinner, i eat healthy and small portions. Any help or suggestions??? PdxMan 4,292 Posted September 5, 2012 Sorry, can you help us with a timeline? Your lapband presurgery weight was 243 and with it you dropped to 155 or your sleeve surgery weight was 243? crchappell 0 Posted September 5, 2012 I was 243 before the band which I got in nov2009 and the revision in feb2012. I don't track my food, I honestly don't have time, I'm a 1st grade teacher with my own little ones at home, I don't have a set excercise schedule right now because I'm so busy and drained. I'm on my feet all day and busy taking care of my girls when I'm home. I know i need to excercise more but I don't have energy for it, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
