I think I lose slowly too, but we have to realize that our body is basically in starvation mode and it does not want to turn lose of the weight. I still do not get in enough Protein or Water in most days. It takes time. I understand how you feel but the weight will come off, our bodies just need to adjust. Sherry77 166 Posted September 5, 2012 I hear ya... I'm getting frustrated too. I was sleeved on 7/30/12 and am only down 29 lbs. ugghhh. I agree though I think my body is in starvation mode. I don't know.[/quote'] I was done the same day. I've lost a little more than you, but we are at the 3 week mark where typically, people stall. Just keep drinking and getting in your Protein and throw in some exercise if you can, and the weight will come off. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I don't know.[/quote'] Im also the Aug13th and lost 12 lbs since surgery , 24 lbs this month (pre op) I try not to let it get to me but I know I'm doing well and Rome wasnt built in a day!
