Appreciate all the great words of kindness, it's been a journey, I've never expected to feel as good as I do. But I'm so happy I went through with the procedure.. you guys are doin wonderful, and I read a lot of everyone's journey.. On here it's amazing the transformations..

It's where you can log your meals, exercises. Keep up with calories, carbs, Protein by logging in and inputting your info. What kind of exercises you do...you can input that and it'll tell how much you've burned....check it out. www.myfitnesspal.com

That's funny, I'm the only illusionalta, I joined that site 32 months ago apparently, never used it.. Most likely In one of my many failed weight loss regimens.. Lol maybe ill keep track although my diet isn't as fabulous as others might imagine it to be..
