mattr2 32 Posted September 4, 2012 without any problems or discomfort. It keeps me full for at least 2-3 hours. I can also eat about 1/2 of a small can of tune with a little olive oil mayo + pickle relish. No problems with liquids. They go down pretty easily. Of course, no eating and drink at the same time. How does that rank up there, in terms of volume, with others in that stage?

browneyes72 4 Posted September 4, 2012 I was sleeved on 8/17 and so far about the same as you. I measure the portions and can tolerate between 1/4 to 1/2 cup. So far have been really fortunate no n/v, and no abd pain. If I do start to get full start to have hiccups. lowfat ricotta cheese and pizza sauce is good as well. 1 emmmie reacted to this
kyllfalcon 768 Posted September 4, 2012 Sounds about right. And as time passed, I could eat more and more, and that worried me that I would not or would stop losing weight. But that has not happened. I now lose more slowly, but I'm good with that. About 5 1/2 months out.

mattr2 32 Posted September 4, 2012 Wow Cara, I was actually hoping to be able to eat more at 6 months out. I dont know if I can survive on Protein shakes and 500 - 600 cals a day forever. When do we start to get more eataing capacity back.
