Cookeeeeez 269 Posted September 4, 2012 Lol- the fat way!!! Mwahaha!!! I mixed a little extra light cottage cheese in with my tuna yesterday instead of mayo- couldn't taste the cheese but it made the tuna a little less salty and less dry... Oh and I love a little raw onion and or celery in my tuna... I can imagine mixing tuna into tabbouleh would be nice... Mmmmmm making me hungry!!!
wnnd 5 Posted September 4, 2012 use egg whites only - hard boiled. I use miricle whip.... just a tiny bit. Right now can't have raw onion so I use onion powder and some mustard to flavor it up.

FishingNurse 1,211 Posted September 4, 2012 You eat so little of anything early out! I say use the regular stuff that doesn't have toxic fat free junk in it. That's been my secret-- enjoy the small portions, make it taste great and satisfying. I made goal at 8.5 months that way. I still use regular everything and skip the fat- removed sugar added crap. 9 Red597, Mell, Avillias and 6 others reacted to this

ssriley 52 Posted September 4, 2012 Early on I used a little broth and Picante Sauce for moisture and spice, along with a little mustard. A little sour cream will smooth it out even more. This was my go-to food my first couple of months.

supersaditty 3 Posted September 5, 2012 I use chobani plain Greek yogurt to make my tuna. Ups the Protein soo much without the fat from mayo, and tastes great! I also add cayenne pepper, and when I'm cleared I'll add chopped green peppers and onions. Yum! 1 Ijam75 reacted to this
