linadu 0 Posted December 31, 2006 Hi everyone, are you ready to start the new year? I am excited on what is to come. JDru I haven't noticed the stretch marks looking bigger but I have noticed my stomach seems jigglier (sp). I guess that means that I need to start exercising, like I should of been doing all along. I'm going to do my weekly weigh in tomorrow, I hope that the scales decides to go down this week, for some reason it liked to stay in one spot for the past two weeks... hmm I don't know why.:heh:

54Shirley 105 Posted December 31, 2006 I can't believe it! It took a nastey head cold, to clear my head, so that I could figure out how to put my ticker up on the board. Unreal. Boy do I feel bad, "and DUMB!!!" Shirley... Shirley Highest weight 356 10/05 Surgery weight 231 10/31/06 First Fill weight 214 12/29/06 Surgeon: Dr. Jeffrey Genaw Genious at work! JDru 0 Posted December 31, 2006 It figures that I am the only one who has the obvious stretch marks. Ha ha! They aren't really bigger, just more noticeable. Yay Shirley...you got your ticker to work and you've lost 142 pounds in just over a year!! So I weighed in this morning for our challenge and I'm down 1.4 pounds. I feel like I'm losing SO slowly, but at least I haven't really gained over the holidays...I certainly couldn't say that last year! I have a feeling that this week will be great for me, I really need to get back on track. I hope everyone has a safe and happy New Year!!

54Shirley 105 Posted January 2, 2007 Wow!!!! talk about a shock, listen to this. When I first started on my weight loss journey, 10/05 I wore a 5x "and in stretch pants of course." Today I went back to work,"after a week off." and noticed that my pants were kinda baggy. So, into the smaller size cloths I went. I can't believe it i'm in a size 18. I haven't worn that in years. So I looked in the Mirror, and these Jeans look great. I no it's not like a size 2 or 4 or something like that, but wow what a difference. I can finally say Shirley, your'e starting to look damn good. Just thought I would share this moment with you all. Shirley:amen:
