LeahDiarrhea 50 Posted September 4, 2012 I made some no guilt chocolate chip Cookies a couple weeks ago and they were great. Gluten free and vegan as well! I made them with sugar but the recipe can definitely be tweaked a little... The weird part: the recipe calls for garbanzo beans! http://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/2012/01/chickpea-chocolate-chip-cookies/ Sent from my iPhone using VST

VSGJean 68 Posted September 15, 2012 I have made the black bean brownies from the Dr.Oz website. Yes they are good IF you rinse the black Beans over and over again. I use my BIG food processor and pulverize those Beans with the other liquids and when you think it's enough, do it again. Don't waste your time on the "icing" recipe that comes with it. I started making for my husband when we found out he was diabetic.
