Joisey01 87 Posted September 3, 2012 I suggest you go back to square 1. If you need to, go back to the liquid diet or at least the full liquid diet. Weigh and measure everything that goes into your mouth. Get that Water in. Get the Protein in first. Keep a food and exercise diary! Walking is better than anything to get started! We go back to way we were. This sleeve we got is only a tool. NOT a cure. I would go back to your doctor and talk to them. If you went to Mexico. Go see a dietitian. They will help you get back on track. You have just made the first step now. Now get out there and finish it. lynneo 15 Posted September 3, 2012 I agree. You may not have to go all the way back to liquids, but Portion Control seems like a logical place to start. That and lots of Water. Oh, you so do not want to go backwards!!! Good luck to you. It will be work, for sure, but so worth it. Think of all you have gained by being normal sized!!! The best is whey Protein isolate. My top 2 recommendations are Unjury® and Syntrax Nectar® I'd also recommend getting an accountability partner.
