For me each day has been better and today I actually got dressed and went for a ride with my husband for awhile...it was nice to get off the couch Nothing really taste good but I think that maybe a good thing. rosehips 121 Posted December 12, 2012 Hi, I was sleeved the same day as u and I have lost 60 lbs. two weeks ago I went to a dinner celebration and found out I can eat more food than I have been, about 1 cup, but worst of all I found out I don't have the dumping syndrome, I had a half a piece of cake. I am back to eating my 1/2 cup mostly, maybe 3/4 cup sometimes. Unfortunately I have started eating skinny cow icecreams and not just one in a day. I am losing my discipline, I think cause I feel and look so much better I am secretly satisfied but I still way 220, have you had any experiences like this? Jakosgirl 8 Posted December 13, 2012 Hi and yes I have had that somewhat...the more my diet increased like new foods being added the easier it is too get off track. I really have to stick to a schedule and also plan my meals for the whole day the night before so that I am not tempted. 60 # is great so don't lose sight of the big rewards. Right now I am losing very slowly and it is very discouraging but I just joined a bootcamp at the gym for the next 4 weeks so hopefully that help to get the weight coming off again Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
