allnewme 262 Posted November 5, 2012 Sleeved aug. 13. Lost 44 pounds pre-surgery. Weight on day of surgery was 223. Weigh 184 now. Energy has been low. Still waiting for the high energy everyone talks about..... I am still waiting for the energy boost too. I have not gotten it yet. I do feel better but I still wear out pretty quickly. I think it has to do with calorie consumption, mine is still very low so I have no energy most of the time.

It decreases the walking and increases the running. Weekly.
AprilDM 1 Posted November 10, 2012 I was sleeved on Aug 29th and have lost 46 lbs. I eat mostly chicken, tuna and Flounder. I snack on light Greek yogurt, reduced fat string cheese and low fat cottage cheese. I really don't have room to add fresh veggies and fruits or I will not meet my Protein goals. I also have an Atkins Protein Bar for Breakfast. I've started bike riding but it is getting to cold for that, boo- Hoo! I also work out on the elliptical 20 minutes 3 times a week and do weight training 3 times a week. I still struggle getting my Water in. I was 287 when I was sleeved and I'm down to 241! Ready4success 380 Posted November 10, 2012 Sleeved 8/28 Highest weight 8/14 -282 Current weight -233 I have a lot of energy most days, but never every day. I haven't figured out a way to have consistent, sustained energy. I do a low carb diet (20-30 grams most days, but have gotten as high as 60-80 grams when I mess up:( . It's a journey, and I'm glad I did it. 1 rosehips reacted to this
