npm518 146 Posted September 2, 2012 I was doing so well in my pre op shake on diet even got through the headache and no hunger or craving any food stage... Then tonight we went out with the in laws and felt like sitting in thy restaurant i HAD to eat something an not just sit there with Water, after a grilled chicken salad which I didn't even finish I felt so sick. Over that bump but worried about having to go through the whole carb calorie detox thing again! Ugh!
notime 340 Posted September 2, 2012 Pick up and start again. There's nothing you can do about the past. How long are you on pre-op? 2 Izuri and runner reacted to this

CNTWT2BMINIME 78 Posted September 2, 2012 When I was on my pre-op I had a "Prix Fix" five course meal....it was DELICIOUS!!!! But got right back on track and made it to my pre-surgery goal with no problem. Just say goodbye to "yesterday" and make better choices today. You'll be fine. Eat That Frog 53 Posted September 2, 2012 Don't beat yourself up, some doctors don't even require a pre-op special diet. My pre-op diet allows for one low-carb meal per day. Tonight I had a burger without the bun and grilled veggies.
