Hopefully this will keep going. These are my before and after pics. Today is my 4 month anniversary of my surgery. I have losy 90 lbs from 315 lbs to my current weight in this pic at 225. Forgive my old age and shirtless ness but I couldn't resist. My surgery was on May 1st 2012. Hopefully others will share theirs.

That is great ... How did you keep your skin from being loose after losing that much weight in that short period of time ????

Thanks for the encouragement here is the answer to a couple of your questions. My waist size at start was 46 and now I am at 36. I was very lucky I guess with the excess skin, but I was told that Water helps so I drink nothing but water. Hope that helps
