It is funny cause since i have been banded about another 5 staff at diffrent sites i work at have come out of the woodwork and have bands too. It is pretty cool to help people and the band helps us. Taught staff development for many years, and now edit textbooks for student nurses. There's a special forum for nurses on the OH site, but you have to hunt to find it, so it's not very active.
