JMarshall 352 Posted September 2, 2012 Ducolax is a great stool softener . if your looking for quick relief , Ive tried Senna tea which produced a BM in hours. Try to stay away from harsh laxatives because they can potentially dehydrate you. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

He said I needed to get more Fiber and things would start moving. Started taking Fiber advance tummies (makes me feel like I get candy!) and now, I'm moving fairly regular, without 'pushing'.
