RNY. Because the portion of the stomach they use to make the pouch is the elastic part & is easily stretched back out. Also the pouch still produces ghrelin (the hunger hormone).

The sleeve is made up of the tougher , more muscular portion of the stomach and is nearly impossible to stretch. And most of the ghrelin production is stopped( there is debate over if it returns & to what degree).
