Day 17 Pre-Op Diet, 3Days Till Surgery.

Almost there and not really to bad today. Hit a hard spot at day 13, was extremely hungry but made it through. So only 3 days to go and the worrying is starting to kick in. I am a high risk for any surgery but either do this or I would be gone shortly anyways. More worried about my wife and family than myself though.

Anyways, yes we can survive on Protein Shakes alone. Kind of weird huh? We do get hungry on this diet but it does lessen as you go along so for others do not give up.
