Need something new in my life to keep me occupied I'm already in the gym 5 days a week and have 2 awesome kids to chase around just need something else not sure what though a hobby of some sort....

How old are the kids? I don't think you could ever go wrong in finding some hobby to pursue with your kids. Whatever age they are. Whether it be fishing, woodworking, model building, gardening ... What are their interests?

You will never regret spending more quality time with your kids, and they will love it, too.

Sounds to me like you need a challenge. So challange yourself. Train for a triathlon, marathon, half marathon. 10k, long distance biking. Take tennis lessons, how about kayaking, are you married??make your wife happy and take some dance lessons together. Hope this helps.
