Need some good ideas for mushies. Tired of fat free retried Beans and just cannot phathom blending meat! Ideas please??

I eat ground meat with a lil gravy mixed same with chicken. I also eat deli ham with cheese and crackers. I also eat a lil veggie or fruit whatever I can get down. Scrambled eggs with some cheese. Ummmm noodles with a lil sauce on them go down well. Hope that helps
