Sassygirl06 962 Posted August 29, 2012 the stalls are going to happen no matter what. it is hard to deal with when you are in them, but they are common, and does not mean you are not going to lose again. your body needs time to adjust to everything. you will be fine, just put the scale away for a while and start measuring yourself with the tape instead. you will make it through! Territravel 217 Posted August 29, 2012 I agree completely with Sassy. Stalls are going to happen. Keep getting in your Protein, and fluids. Try upping your exercise, and get out the tape measure.
