change4life2012 50 Posted August 28, 2012 My coordinator was supposed to submit to insurance last Monday 8/20. I followed up with insurance today and they haven't received anything from the doctors office. I called my coordinator and she is out until Friday. I am so frustrated!!! I was supposed to have vsg in September. Now I am wondering if that will happen or do i need to start this process over with a new doctor???? I just want my life back!!! I am tired of feeling like i am being held back due to my weight. Thanks for letting me rant..lol 1 Ms skinniness reacted to this
upenzi 1 Posted August 28, 2012 I'm sorry to hear that. It sucks when things are in someone elses hands and they aren't handing it off appropiately. Have you checked to see if there's someone else at the doctor's office handing the case files while she's out? 1 jules58 reacted to this
on the way to the new me 18 Posted August 28, 2012 Can't anyone else at the office send over the info to the insurance company?? That is crazy see if you can talk to the office manager. Someone should be able to help you
Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted August 28, 2012 Can you call and talk to the person in charge? Make a big loud fit and tell them that you have to let your work know when your need to be off so they can get coverage. Be as loud as you can. The squeaky wheel gets fixed first. So sorry it's that way.
change4life2012 50 Posted August 29, 2012 This squeaky wheel got in touch with another coordinator and will be submitted tomorrow AM!!! The other coordinator responded within 10 minutes of my email. She is awesome! I am back in love with my doctors office. Thanks for letting me rant. I was at work and trying not to having a toddler melt down.
