CHM 1,009 Posted June 28, 2016 I love Pork rinds. They're one of the Snacks I keep on hand and I'll eat a serving usually once or twice a week. Crunchy, salty, bacon-esque...not a bad way to satisfy a craving. Mine are 90 cals/6g fat/1g carb/7g Protein for a 15g serving. Not much worse than an egg! I used them as breaking with nutritional yeast but I found myself munching on them like chips so I either have to have the bag ground up from the get go or not get them. A few bites once a week or so saves me bingeing and gets my mind off of forbidden foods. We are in this for the long haul so I indulge once in a while.
