I'm 3 weeks post op and had to meet a friend for late lunch at BJ's Brewery. I researched the menu ahead of time and ordered the seared ahi off of the small bites menu. It was about 2-3 oz of seared ahi. Chewed it to purée and it went down so nicely! Left the raw veggie salad since it's off limits until 3 months out. Delish!

It sure does as I prep for my dinner shake! Lol! My Friday doctors appt isn't close enough lol! I think I miss chewing!!
