Aug2ndsleever 16 Posted August 27, 2012 I'm so comfused. I have been doing so good and working out at the gym so hard. Been so excited to look at the numbers on the scale going down but suddenly there not moving anymore? Wth? I'm doing the same things I have done since surgery when I was losing weight as I'm doing now but for some reason the weights not coming off the same. Only 1 lb down this week when its usually like 7? Any advise to brake this stall? Pleasseee help. I knew I would hit a stall but hoped it would be later rather than sooner. Know I feel lost and hopless.
Sherry77 166 Posted August 27, 2012 I am 5 weeks out and have hit a stall as well. It is normal from what everyone is saying it happens to almost everyone 3-4 weeks out. I guess we just have to wait it out, though I hear ya it is frustrating.
Butterthebean 8,146 Posted August 27, 2012 Howdy. I've posted this link a couple of times already. It's a good article explaining why your body weight has stalled. http://www.dsfacts.com/weight-loss-stall-or-plateau.html 3 Webchickadee, Aug2ndsleever and Trcyprkr70 reacted to this
WLJourneyJ 89 Posted August 27, 2012 I was in a stall for 10 days. ( at week 3-4) But in that time dropped a size in clothes. Just plug away. It will pass 1 Butterthebean reacted to this
lynneo 15 Posted August 27, 2012 Give yourself a break!! A pound a day, are you kidding me? Your body often stalls to give itself time to adjust to the new eating (or not eating). Just keep to your eating plan and your weight will start to drop again.
Livinglifeout 217 Posted August 27, 2012 I'm also at five weeks, almost six and stalled for a week now. Just when I was so excited about all the weight loss. I hope this stall is over soon....very frustrating.
