traceyinflorida 499 Posted August 27, 2012 When was your surgery? How long has the stall been? My stalls last a long time (three weeks) and then I lose. I am currently in one now and thinking of adding an extra Protein Shake. I also am not great with exercise and need to get better about that. I know that will help. Liberated Sleeve 148 Posted August 27, 2012 My stalls last around 2-3 weeks - gotten to where I don't really consider them stalls, just the way my body is losing and readjusting. Gone from size 24 to size 14 in 5/12 months 61 pounds since surgery. For some that's slow losing but for me - just right! I do exercise - I make sure I walk at least 15 mins minimum everyday. Usually do alot more but that is the least I will do. 8-10 glasses of Water and 80-120 grams of Protein. Just figure out your body and how it loses and make adjustments until you feel great! 1 Ms skinniness reacted to this
Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted August 27, 2012 Liberated sleeve is correct. This is your body readjusting to the big changes you have been going through. Measure your body and watch the difference in inches. This was my favorite time, seeing the inches come off. 1 Liberated Sleeve reacted to this
Dooter 1,457 Posted August 27, 2012 Keep doing what you're doing and it WILL happen. Honest. Upping the exercise couldn't hurt though! Just might be the thing that helps it move. You're doing fine. It is very frustrating getting through those periods though. I understand! (six week stall when i was 3 weeks out)
