I wouldn't eat those cereal bars, ever. Not enough Protein for the calorie count, ingredients are garbage: http://www.specialk.com/meal-bars/chocolate-peanut-butter/. Pretty much any of those bars you find in the regular grocery cereal isle are gonna be a poor choice.

I am not a big fan of Protein Bars, I prefer drinks/shakes. But if you chew them well my guess is you could try starting in your soft and moist phase, probably sometime in weeks 3-6.
