Decaf Coffee Ok?

Every now and then ... Ok several times a week... I go to d&d and get a medium iced Decaf coffee with slim milk and lite and sweet.

Is that ok?

Also, what if I every now and then get their caramel flavoring?

My NUT says Decaf is perfectly fine. I have a tall decaf soy latte every morning. I wouldn't do the caramel unless it was sugar free, but that's just me. Every once in a while won't hurt you and there's an interesting thread going on now about a poster that ate two ice cream sandwiches and how people deal with 'treats.'. Check it out. Some interesting posts in response.

I drink Decaf every day. I always take it skim and sugar-free, whether I make it or buy it. At Starbucks they call that "skinny." You can order pretty much any drink that way.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
