VitaleEM 44 Posted August 26, 2012 I am having surgery in October. I am praying that after I loose weight I will have more energy. I'm so tired all the time. I Hashimoto's but my levels are great, so I'm assuming the fatigue is caused by the excess weight. Please share you "energetic" stories with me!
Nate 292 Posted August 26, 2012 I've dropped almost 65lbs so far and my energy level has increased imensely! With every pound I lose I have less and less of that lethargic BLAH feeling of not wanting to do anything but sit around or sleep.< /p> 1 VitaleEM reacted to this

Butterthebean 8,146 Posted August 26, 2012 Losing weight helps, but the real increase in energy is going to come from the improved diet and exercise. I'm 3-1/2 months out and I feel great. I'm ready to cut off the cable tv because I never sit down and watch it anymore. I'm always busy doing something. 1 VitaleEM reacted to this
