phatdivabbw 86 Posted August 26, 2012 Congratulations! I'm from NJ too. I had my surgery at Morristown Memorial Hospital. I'm 3mths post-op and down 64lbs. My starting weight was 448 and now I'm 384. What is your goal weight? I can eat anything now. Don't know why but I don't do well with eggs. I'm cool with that! What kind of Protein are you drinking? Philly Yum 54 Posted August 26, 2012 Hey phat diva! Im using syntha 6 the chocolate which when I was on pre op, I had to do a double check on the label. It taste just like quick! I find it a bit too sweet now though, must be my taste changing! As far as a goal weight, I cant really wrap my head around a weight, as it seemed so impposible before. I remember saying my goal was 400lbs, which I almost hit pre op. Then I went to 300, now Im guessing 280. That might be still too high but I guess the notion of me saying 220 or even 250 is so insane! 1 phatdivabbw reacted to this

Yes, you can get way down there. Just set small goals and chip away till they add up to the total big loss. It can be done and I believe because I am in the same boat. Good luck and keep us posted. 1 Philly Yum reacted to this
