Tropical Smoothie

Does anybody get smoothies from Tropical smoothie? I used to get the kiwi quencher which is kiwi, strawberries and non fat yogurt. Only thing bad would be the 57g of carbs. But that's like a 24 oz smoothie. Would it be ok to just have a smaller portion?

I couldn't find anything at Tropical smoothie that wasn't outrageous in calories. I used to go there every morning before work.

I saw on caloriecounter that the kiwi quencher was like 217 calories. But that's a 24oz smoothie. So if I had a small portion of it, the calories shouldn't be too bad right?

Ooo just looked on the tropical smoothie website and its 263 cals. That's still not incredibly bad. If I had a 6 oz portion that would be like 65 calories
