Piplula 709 Posted August 25, 2012 Plate, utensil, or other kitchen device that helps you stay on your diet? Mine is my Longaberger Pottery coffee cup. Half of the coffee cup is 1/4 to 1/2 cup depending on the food I put in it. It's perfect Portion Control for me. lynneo 15 Posted August 29, 2012 My favorite gadget is my new NINJA blender. It is so easy to fill and to clean. I make all my Protein Shakes in it, and it really chews up the ice and frozen fruit.
