breast augmentation is usually around $3,500-$8,000 depending on the surgeon & how big you want 'em & also what type of implants you get.. and how they're positioned & etc.. they can go through the nipple, through the under arm, through the belly button, etc. I'm not from there, so I can't recommend any doctors, but california has some of the best!! :D

in regards to tummy tucks, i'm not too familiar with those.. but again, cali has some of the best plastic surgeons around, so you'll be in good hands. :) wish you the best with your surgeries! :)

i feel that i should mention that there are natural methods of enhancing your bust.. massage, "boobie butters", taking certain herbs (wild yam extract, fennugreek, evening primrose oil, etc).. also caffiene is terrible for breast growth, so if you drink any or eat anything with caffiene, you should stop. there's also forums out there for women looking to increase their bust naturally.. i've also posted links to some stuff on natural breast enhancement if you care to look it up. :)

there's also the Noogleberry.. you can google it & i've posted it in various places on this site as well. noogleberry is basically like a penis pump... except it's for boobs. lol the idea is that you draw blood & cause swelling to your boobs & over time it makes them bigger, naturally. :D it really does work! they have pictures on their website of transgendered male to females who have used it to grow their breasts naturally.. one of 'em even has like D cups.

in regards to saggy skin... there's things you can do to help.. take MSM (it's a sulfur compound derrived from rain water), skin brush- it helps get rid of dead skin cells & force new ones to start growing), eat things high in collagen, because collagen is what gives your skin it's elasticity.. there's some good low carb foods high in collagen, like blueberries... and of course, keep your skin moisturized. :) they sell a great MSM lotion on Amazon & it has all sorts of other beneficial oils in it, that are not harmful & the lotion isn't greasy & it is unscented. it's got shea butter, sunflower seed oil, olive leaf extract, aloe vera, grape seed extract, evening primrose oil & Vitamin e- the real kind, not the synthetic. :)

wish you the best with everything & congrats on your weight loss!

Beverly hills physicians!!!!! I love my surgeons!!!! I've been to them to weightloss, breast reduction and another weightloss (band slipped so switched to sleeve) and I plan to go back to them for my Tummy Tuck and skin tightening on my arms and legs :)

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
