You really shouldn't according all my instructions. BUT when you eventually do it will hit you very hard so they stay to be home or in a safe place because you will not have the usual reaction.

You can try. Take it slow. I had half a beer and a gin and tonic on week 5. I'm more of a realist: I'm never not going to have a drink or two once or twice a month.

I was told no alcohol for six weeks due to risks (something to do with bleeding or alcohol thinning the blood and impacting on the healing stitches internally) and then in moderation due to the empty calories.
