Today I started my liquid pre-op diet in preparation for surgery on Wednesday morning. It's almost here!

I am on day 4 of a 14 day pre-op liquid diet that my doctor requires! Good luck to you! The pounds have fallen off me during my first 3 days...down 8lbs.

You'll do great!

I'm realizing how much I eat in the evenings when Hubby is at work. But I am sticking to my Protein Shakes. Lord, help me!

I am with you, my husband had the nerves to buy a candy bar, he was so wrong for that, but I stuck to my shake.< /p>
