He subject says it all! I finally after almost 6 months broke down and shopped for new clothes! Everything I bought is a size 4!!! 97 pounds down and 21 to go to goal! I started at 228 and now weigh 131! Thank you God for VSG!

Wow.. I was 215 now after a month 158 i cant wait to be size 4 or 5 .. Any tips ?? Any diferrent diet??

I'm still in the decision phase (bypass or sleeve) but were you a big eater prior to surgery or were you a wrong kinds of food eater?
