HondaCivicDude 29 Posted August 23, 2012 So since i started my preop liquid diet on may 1st and up to 2 weeks ago i had constant diarhea and went 3-5 times a day. I went on here and someone suggested Probiotics, which i did. Theres a good and bad with it i love how now im going a normal 1-2 times a day and my stool is not diarhea but its not solid either and its also half brown half green almost every time in the last 2 weeks. I am using 10 billion probiotics should i have gone with 25 or 50 billion? Should i try something else? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

gustavo52974 369 Posted August 25, 2012 I use a probiotic powder that I scoop into my Protein Drinks. The powder itself is green because there are a bunch of phytonutrients in it as well. So that's what turns my stool green. On the days I don't use it, there's no green. So I've deduced that the powder is the culprit. And you really shouldn't be drinking and eating at the same time.
