Lauranbob Mc 94 Posted August 23, 2012 well... I finally took the plunge and joined a gym. I was exercising at home but I feel like I need to boost it up. my first session is tonight with a personal trainer. spoke to her before I signed up and told her what my goals were and took one of her classes. looking foward to the next phase in my journey.
