I finally ate some mash potatoes with cheese and it was AWESOME. Egg salad tomorrow ..... Thank you lord for some nourishment FYI ... I had no pain getting it down just ate it extremly slow

@ china sleeve we are back to our regularly scheduled programming and no shoulder pain for me
