I am about to start my preop diet. My surgeon requires 4 shakes a day with 1meal. I have tried Chike and it was not bad. But im wanting some other brand and recipe suggestions.

I used Premier Protein from costco which have 30g Protein in one shake and EAS Carb Controlin vanilla and strawberry from Target/WalMart.

Syntrax has a few good flavors in their nectar line. They got some nasty ones too.

I'd recommend calling Syntrax direct, they have a sampler pack that they offer as a 1 time purchaced for new customers
