I've read several topics on stalls. However, in my experience what has broken my stalls is eating something sweet. Once I do that the pounds begin to drop. I had my procedure done on April 16th, and I've lost a total of 65 lbs.... Talk about feeling great.

A stall is a normal part of the weight loss we have. This is when our bodies are adjusting in inches. When I had a stall, I would get all freaked out and think I was done losing. But I wasn't. I'd be careful eating sweets because sugar is totally addicting. This is where our bad habits sneak back in. So please be careful..... :)

I'm stalled now and keep stalling. I lose 2lbs and stall for 4 weeks. It's getting frustrating. I had surgery April 2 and am down 62lbs. Nothing breaks my stalls.

It seems paradoxical, but that is the way it happens for me too.
