granddiva 6 Posted August 22, 2012 I've read several topics on stalls. However, in my experience what has broken my stalls is eating something sweet. Once I do that the pounds begin to drop. I had my procedure done on April 16th, and I've lost a total of 65 lbs.... Talk about feeling great.
Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted August 22, 2012 A stall is a normal part of the weight loss we have. This is when our bodies are adjusting in inches. When I had a stall, I would get all freaked out and think I was done losing. But I wasn't. I'd be careful eating sweets because sugar is totally addicting. This is where our bad habits sneak back in. So please be careful.....
rodswife 155 Posted August 22, 2012 I'm stalled now and keep stalling. I lose 2lbs and stall for 4 weeks. It's getting frustrating. I had surgery April 2 and am down 62lbs. Nothing breaks my stalls.

LeaveItToSleever 80 Posted August 22, 2012 It seems paradoxical, but that is the way it happens for me too.
