Had suregy August 6 had good days had. Bad I weight myself on Monday and lost 20 pounds I'm hearing a lot of stories about ppl losing 100 pounds in 4 months I will love to be one of those people cause they all I need to lose I would be 150 if I lose that my imagination goal.is to be 130 lol so hope I be that cross fingers. Only 3 months till my. Bday.hopefully be 80-90 pounds down wish me luck

Good luck! And if you don't meet that goal, don't beat yourself up. As long as you are losing, you WILL get there! A pound a day is AWFULLY fast, and some would say unhealthy. You sound very determined, and that goes a long way. Again, good luck! You have lots of friends here!

I am very determined I just want this weight off. That my goal to have 100 off betime new yrs I already lost 22 pounds in my 2 weeks hopefully these other two weeks I lost 20 more

Did u have surgery if so did u have head hunger I feel hungry I.should cause I Barely eat when will the head hunger go away
