Made it I'm on real foods! But the best thing is I've lost 40lbs so far as of this morning. I can run again and I can kiteboard again. I really am enjoying the gym.

You'll soon be able to move better than you ever did with the weight on. Enjoy it. Sounds like lots of fun.
