Laceyloveland 21 Posted August 22, 2012 I like grape, but wasn't too fond of other flavors. Better mixed w grape sf Gatoraid in my.opinion! It's really a personal taste. Good luck!
Riaa90 9 Posted August 22, 2012 I bought the blue raspberry, have yet to drink it though... Maybe I'm a little nervous? Lol I will let you know how it is!
Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted August 22, 2012 Most people hate it. I didn't mind it cause I didn't have to drink it for very long. It's not that I liked it, but I managed to drink it.
runner 53 Posted August 22, 2012 I love it. I have tried grape frost and passion fruit.< /p>
allnewme 262 Posted August 22, 2012 Took me three days to drink one bottle, even mixing it with other stuff. Finally found that a Sonic slush would mask the flavor but it was so sweet I couldn't handle that either. Not trying to be negative but the aftertaste is awful. DisneyVanessa 16 Posted August 22, 2012 I did the grape frost in my post op diet, it was definitely tolerable for me. I drank that almost exclusively during my ten days of phase I liquids post op. 1 Need-a-Sleeve reacted to this
Parker's Dad 50 Posted August 22, 2012 It's a little different. I don't have a problem with it but you will just have to try it for yourself and decide. I have had the raspberry, orange, and apple melon and they were all pretty good. Not great but OK for what they are. The aftermath is a little odd, kinda like licking on blacktop lol! It just kinda leaves a weird feeling in your mouth. I think it's the sweetener.
scorpion509 107 Posted August 22, 2012 I bought the zero carb alpine punch 6 small bottles with 15g Protein in each and I cannot finish the one bottle at once and I didn't have surgery yet. I really doubt that I would be able to drink it after surgery....
Jenn31MA 149 Posted August 22, 2012 i was looking at these as it was suggested by my NUT (the zero carb ones) for the first two weeks after if i didnt want to do choc/vanilla Protein Drinks. I'll have to go buy a couple flavors to check it out as they do have alot of Protein in the bottle.
Tammy310 43 Posted August 22, 2012 I buy them and have tried: grape frost, black tea, icy orange, alpine punch, and apple melon. I love them. They remind me of watered down koolaid. However, they do leave your mouth dry. I keep one (over ice) at my desk and sip it throughout the day. I can say DO NOT drink the apple melon: I can't even describe that taste it was so bad. Also, check the prices...they can be expensive. I've found a place close to me for $43 a case (12)but I've seen them as high as $60. ~ good luck
Izuri 428 Posted August 22, 2012 I like the zero carb 8oz isopures. They make a really good little Protein boost during the day. They are not that amazing taste wise, but they are manageable for the 15g of protein. They are definitely dry though, so keep some Water around. I like the alpine punch the best, hated the grape.
