I ate a 3oz chicken thigh that I would have chopped up and put on wheat toast with mayo & seasonings but decided not to. And for me, that's huge since I would've made a sandwich in a heartbeat. Has anyone else found themselves not doing something (pre-surgery) that came oh so natural to you that now (post-surgery) you just don't want to?

Good job! I look at rolls and bread and drool a little, but passing, because bread doesn't sit well with my sleeve. There are a are a few things like Cookies and fries that I wont try, they are my trigger foods and it's best to leave them alone!

So true. My Doctor said I could eat wheat bread as long as I toast it, which was great news and yet

I still past on it. Things are looking better. I'm proud of myself for that.
