Finished with the sleep study. I thought I was going to have a panic attack with the mask on. All I could do was pray and calm myself down. Thank God its done...

with all the praying that I did , I finally went to sleep. I do not know for how long I slept.. It took me awhile and some adjusting they made to the mask. I did not realize I had fallen asleep till they came in at 5am (the end of the study).

Hello everyone! My surgery is set for Sept. 4th too. I'm not required to do a liquid diet until the day before surgery. I am having a protien shake for Breakfast and lunch though, just so I don't gain any weight back that I've lost. I am eating a normal supper. I keep thinking everytime I eat my supper that it could be the last time I eat this meal. Its like a time of mourning for me! I am going to miss eating, but I'm so looking forward to enjoying life!
