ProudGrammy 8,322 Posted August 20, 2012 kzcar Don't know where my mind has gone. the other week in a post, someone asked if they can still have "hot spices" after WLS i immediately thought she was talking about sex, realized shortly she was referring to cooking. others commented they thought the post was about sex. too i see your post about your gown being all set - i thought you were getting married. Hmmmm if that were the case, isn't marriage before sex.. :wub: Yeah right, in this past 1/2 century , are you kidding You are not having sex, you are not getting married - whats left? ***************************************************************************************************************************** Ahhhh yes - you are having WLS - not as fun as having sex - but it lasts a life time - well can't sex do that too? oh i'm gonna stop - back to topic girlfriend, you are back in your bed resting, surgery is done next couple of weeks sometimes can be difficult/little rough, - but you'll be fine. kczar 166 Posted August 21, 2012 My surgery was delayed two hours and spent quite a bit of in recovery because my oxygen was low.But got in a room around 4:30, had a few sips of Water and broth and walked around about half the floor. No real pain now (got something called a pain ball that gives a constant flow of pain killers) just sore on my left side from the big incisions. I've already urinated so I'm pretty much on track. Do hate the breathing treatment I have to do. The nurse said I'm the best sleeve patient they've seen. /brag?/ Thank you all for your good wishes and best of every luck who went in today and the remainder of the week!
