ladiJ 83 Posted August 20, 2012 I currently take a Centrum one a day chewable Multi-Vitamin. I think I read I should start taking Vitamin C now for wound healing. What Vitamins do you all take on a daily, brand too if you will
caroless 18 Posted August 20, 2012 i am on a prenatal Gummy right now. all women of childbearing age really should be on a prenatal. it promotes general and reproductive health. plus, if for some crazy reason, you get pregnant, you know the foundation is set nutritionally. as long as there is sex to be had, there is ALWAYS a chance lol for post op i'm going with Celebrate Vitamins. they have formulated specifically for each type of surgery. they know exactly what type and quantity of Vitamins you need for absorption. 1 sarahmoni reacted to this
Queen of Crop 1,104 Posted August 20, 2012 I had a really really hard time taking Vitamins for the first few months, but once I could start swallowing them, this is my daily cocktail (I worked with a naturopathic doctor to come up with this:) Multi Vitamin Fish oil Biotin (for hair) Vitamin D Glucosamine (I have knee and hip joint issues) Calcium (very important!) B12 tablet I take the Calcium at night; the rest in the morning. Hope that helps....BTW, I hated the chewables...yuck.
