Prissy 8 Posted August 20, 2012 Hi guys! I wanted to get a general idea of what everyone is at calorie wise for the mushy/purée stage. But, I am on pureed right now and can eat refried Beans with some cheese and sour cream, egg salad, chicken salad, yogurt, ricotta, cottage cheese, pudding, Soups that are pureed, etc. I didnt think we could eat straight cheese yet, like a slice of cheese (I am a cheese freak). But, I have put some on my Beans and melted it.[/quote'] I am a cheese freak myself! Lol i have longed for a cube of medium cheddar cheese since the day i started my preop diet two weeks ago. I was told by someone on here that cheese was a yes on pureed stage but i chicken out and melted it on my refried beans today and oh my the refried beans were delicious a lil sc and valentina salsa added and some cheese mmmm.
