traceyinflorida 499 Posted August 19, 2012 Make sure you are looking at the carb and sugar content of the bar you are eating. <5 grams sugar and < 5grams carb is the rule of thumb. aviiva 140 Posted August 19, 2012 They are high in carbs and calories. Oh yeah has the best bar out had 28 grams of Protein but over 300 calories and alot of carbs. I ordered them from Amazon but had only 1 not worth out. They are big too.
